(d) Promoting and/or encouraging of education and knowledge by providing assistance in part or in full in all ways to poor and needy students by granting interest free loans and/or monetary assistance in cash or in kind such as scholarships, awards, test-books, exercise books, educational equipments, fees, boarding and lodging expenses and other like expenses.

(e) Establish and/or support scholarships, prizes, awards, trophies etc. at any school, college, university or educational institution.

(f) Awarding of scholarships, fellowships and grants by way of interest free loans for the purpose of undertaking and encouraging research work in literature, law, social and medical science or any other branch of applied science in its widest and more comprehensive sense.

(g) Establishments of information disseminating centres on human ailments to the afflicted and amongst the general public.

(h) Forming necessary schemes for the welfare, progress, unity, betterment and development of people at large in social, formal, moral, logical, intellectual, technical, cultural, economic, agricultural, physical, educational, medical, health, sports and such other professional and other fields and to make all possible efforts to execute the same and to establish and conduct necessary activities and divisions for the same.

(i) To grant, help and give assistance and reliefs to poor and needy people.

(j) To undertake, carry out, promote and/or sponsor any scheme or programme in the fields of health, education, welfare, etc.

(k) Making representation before Public Bodies, State and Central Government for promotion and/or adoption of measures, steps, remedies, [ schemes, facilities, grants, aids etc. in respect of public health, medical education and research therein.

(l)To adopt schemes on national as well as international levels for the exchange and promotion and diffusion of knowledge etc. in all fields of medical and education.

(p) To publish and distribute magazines, books, leaflets, book-lets, digests, journals, papers etc. and to release audio-visual tapes, cassettes, slides, films etc, and distribute the same in promotion of the objects of these presents amongst artists either at free of cost, at cost or below the cost.

(r) To establish, endow, support and/or awards, trophies, professorships, fellowships, scholarships, and prizes to scholars, scientists, professors, supporters and/or institutions having outstanding achievements in the fields of research in medicine, medical, educational and allied sciences at LTMG hospital.

(s) To grant subscriptions, donations, contributions and/or assistances to other such institutions, trysts, societies etc. having one or more objects as similar to these presents.
